Period! That means if you are EVER dissatisfied that you have not received fair
value, return merchandise within 30 days from order date.We will either make it right to your

1) shipping and handling shall not be refunded.
2) 10% Restocking fee will apply on returns if Cash Refund is requested. There is NO FEE for defective product replacement.
You can save 10% restocking fee if you choose to avail company credit instead of refund.

- Some of our merchandise is guaranteed with a manufacturers warranty only and is not guaranteed by ewis.ca, however we will provide you with information where to return your defective product for replacement.
- We agree, at our option to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 90 day warranty period.
- Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owners manual will be replaced or repaired.
- Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired as received.
- 10% Restocking fee will apply on returns if Cash Refund is requested. One can request for company
credit to avoid restocking fee. This company credit can be used anytime in future to buy products from our website.
- Pl. contact us immediately at customercare@ewis.ca if you are not satisfied with the product.
A note explaining the problem or situation would be helpful to expedite your return.
- Based on your request for return/replacement we will issue a RA (Return Authorization) number and return address which will need to be printed clearly
on the outside of the package being returned.
- Any returned package that does not have an RA number will be returned to sender.
- Please allow 1-2 weeks from receipt, for your returns to be processed.
- No returns sent COD will be accepted. Returns must be sent pre-paid.
